Adults only and your account

Tokyo Swingers is a community for adults aged 18 or older. Do not register or use member features if you are under 18, or if using this service is unlawful where you are. A profile or membership is not proof that a person’s age, identity or background has been independently verified.

Give accurate account information, keep your password private and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You can update your profile and account details from your account area.

Consent and respectful participation

Every interaction requires respect for the other person’s choices. Membership, a message, an event booking or a previous agreement does not establish consent to any further contact or activity. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, discriminate against or repeatedly contact someone who has declined. Do not share another person’s identity, private messages or intimate material without their permission. Content involving anyone under 18, coercion or exploitation is prohibited.

Do not use the site for unlawful offers, unauthorized advertising, spam, malicious software, automated harvesting of member information or attempts to bypass account and privacy controls.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in the text, photographs, audio and video that you submit. Only upload material you have the right to share, including permission from each identifiable adult where required.

By submitting content, you allow Tokyo Swingers to store, reproduce, resize, convert and display it as necessary to operate the features you use, subject to the relevant visibility settings. This permission does not give other members the right to republish your private content or give us unrestricted permission to use it in advertising.

You may edit or remove content where the feature allows. Removing an item from view is not the same as immediately erasing every backup, moderation record or copy already received by another person. See the Privacy Policy for requests about your information.

Profiles, messages and meeting others

Check the audience setting before posting. Public areas and content shared with other members can be copied by their viewers. Keep home addresses, financial details and other information you do not want shared out of public posts.

Private messages are stored to provide the conversation service; they are not end-to-end encrypted. Use the contact page to report a safety or privacy concern. Do not include your password or unnecessary intimate information in a report.

You decide whether to communicate or meet with someone. The site does not guarantee a match, another person’s conduct, an event’s suitability or any health outcome. Check practical arrangements directly with the other person or event organizer.

Memberships, orders, events and advertising

Review the price, currency, included features, dates, renewal conditions and cancellation rules shown for a particular offer before you accept it. Additional terms for an order, reservation or advertising campaign must be made available with that offer.

Submitting a request does not by itself establish that payment has been collected or a booking has been accepted. Check the displayed status and confirmation. Contact the team or the named organizer if the terms or status are unclear before paying or making travel plans.

Paid advertising requires review and agreement to the campaign quotation. Advertisers must have the rights to their creative material and must not submit misleading or unlawful claims. An advertisement is not a guarantee or endorsement of the advertiser’s service.

Moderation and account restrictions

We may hold, hide or remove content and restrict an account to address breaches of these rules, security concerns or legal obligations. The action should reflect the nature and seriousness of the issue. Urgent restrictions may be needed to protect other people or the service.

If you believe a decision is mistaken, contact us with your account name, the affected item and a brief explanation. Do not evade a restriction by using another account. Mandatory rights and any applicable refund obligations continue to apply.

External links and site materials

External websites, payment services, embedded media and independently organized events have their own terms and privacy practices. Read them before providing information or making a purchase.

The site’s branding, design and editorial materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the site for its intended personal purposes. Do not copy or commercially republish its materials without permission, except where the law permits.

Service changes and your legal rights

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or other operational reasons. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free content. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Material changes to these terms will be identified when published, with any notice or renewed agreement required by applicable law. A new version should not be read as silently changing an already accepted paid order. If these terms conflict with a mandatory legal protection, that protection prevails.
