Understand what Tokyo Swingers stores, how community visibility works and how to ask about your personal information.

Information you provide
Account information includes your username, email address, display name, date of birth and the profile fields you complete. Passwords are stored as protected hashes, not as readable passwords.
Community information includes profile preferences, friendships, group participation, activity, comments, messages, photographs, audio and video that you submit. Your profile choices and communications may reveal personal interests or intimate information. Share only what you are comfortable disclosing to the selected audience.
When you use relevant features, we also store membership records, order and billing or shipping details, event bookings, advertising enquiries and campaign information, support messages and newsletter subscription requests. Imported account and activity history is retained as part of the move from the previous site.
How information is used
We use account details to register and authenticate users, manage access and support account recovery. Profile information and preferences support member discovery and the features you choose to use.
Community content is used to deliver conversations, connections, groups, activity and media. Membership, transaction and booking records support requests, confirmations, history, administration and dispute handling. Contact and newsletter submissions are used to handle the request you made.
Activity timestamps, access records, moderation reports and administrator change histories support security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and accountability. Signing in and using authenticated features can update your last-active status. We do not need your password in a support message.
Who can see your information
Display names, profile images and information shared in public areas may be visible to visitors. Other profile fields, groups and media have their own audience settings. Review those settings before sharing; a membership plan does not override private-content restrictions.
Conversation content is restricted to its participants through the messaging interface. Messages are stored by the service and are not end-to-end encrypted. Authorized personnel may need to handle information to provide support, investigate misuse, administer the service or meet legal obligations.
Event organizers with booking-management access can see the reservation details needed to manage their event. Other members can see information you choose to share with them. A recipient may retain or copy information after receiving it, even if you later remove it from the site.
Cookies and device information
The site uses first-party cookies for sign-in, shopping-cart continuity and language preference. The sign-in cookie lasts up to 2 days, or 30 days when you select “Remember me”. The cart cookie lasts up to 30 days, and the language preference cookie lasts up to 365 days. Signing out removes the current sign-in cookie.
These cookies are named tokyoswingers_session, tokyoswingers_cart and tokyoswingers_locale. You can remove or block them in your browser, but some features may stop working or forget your choices. Cookie expiry does not mean associated account or transaction records are deleted.
Browser requests provide technical information such as IP addresses, browser headers and request times to the servers handling them. The application uses hashed identifiers for rate limiting. Server logging and storage arrangements must be considered together with these application features.
The motion setting is saved in your browser’s local storage under tokyoswingers_motion until you clear site storage. It is not sent as a cookie. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice lasts only for the current page. Device reduced-motion and data-saving settings take priority over autoplay.
Advertising and external content
The site’s direct-ad system records aggregate clicks by campaign and day. That counter does not identify an individual member. Selecting an advertisement takes you to the advertiser’s website, where that website’s own privacy practices apply.
Embedded media and external links may connect your browser to another service, which can receive technical information and use its own cookies. Consider the other service’s privacy policy before using it. An external link is not itself a promise that your information will never leave this site.
The rebuilt site does not currently connect a third-party advertising network. A historical reference to a provider does not establish that the provider is active. Any future advertising or analytics integration needs an accurate notice and any consent required before it is enabled.
Storage, security and retention
Access checks, password hashing and private file delivery help restrict access to information. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Keep your password private, use a device you trust and tell us about suspected misuse.
Information can remain in account history, transaction records, moderation records, administrator revisions and backups after it is removed from normal view. Some deletion features hide content rather than immediately erasing its stored record. A copy received by another person is outside those deletion controls.
You can ask about storage, retention and deletion through the contact page. Retention depends on the information and the purpose for keeping it, including operational needs, legal obligations and disputes. We do not promise a fixed deletion period that the service cannot yet verify.
Hosting, storage, email and payment arrangements affect where information is processed and who handles it. Before the rebuilt site is released, the operator must confirm those arrangements and provide any required provider and international-transfer information. This review edition does not claim that all information is stored in Japan.
Your choices and requests
Use your account area to update available profile fields, account details and visibility settings. You may edit or remove posts and media where the feature allows, leave groups and manage conversation or notification views.
To ask about your information, request access or correction, request deletion or restriction of use, or raise a privacy concern, use the contact page or email master@tokyoswingers.com. Include your account name and the type of request. We may need to verify that the request is yours before disclosing or changing information; do not send your password.
Requests are considered under the law that applies to the information and the service. A request may need to account for another person’s rights, retained transaction records or legal obligations. If a request cannot be completed as made, the response should explain the reason and any available alternatives. Contact us if you wish to withdraw a newsletter request.
Adults-only service
Tokyo Swingers is for people aged 18 or older. Anyone under 18 must not register, post or use member features. If you believe an underage person has supplied information, contact the team so the account and associated content can be investigated.
Updates and contact
This notice should change when the site’s actual data handling changes. Material updates and any additional choices required by law must be communicated appropriately. Reading this policy is not blanket consent to unrelated uses of your information.
Privacy questions and complaints can be sent through the contact page or to master@tokyoswingers.com. The Terms of Service explain the community rules. The operator’s formal identity, business contact details and final service-provider arrangements remain items for confirmation before this review edition is released.
