The original 2013 status update said the site would be going live soon. It is part of the site's history, not a current launch countdown. This page now explains where to look for up-to-date information and how to make a useful report when something does not work as expected.

Check the date and the destination

Older posts may describe plans rather than completed features. Follow the current menu to the relevant area, and read the information shown there. For events, confirm the actual date, location, organizer and reservation status. For purchases, review the current price and terms before submitting a request.

Review your account directly

Sign in through the site's own account page to review your profile, messages and available settings. Avoid entering your password on a page linked from an unexpected message. The team does not need your password to understand a problem report.

Tell us what happened

A useful report includes the page address, the device or browser you used, the action you tried and what happened afterward. If a screenshot would help, remove private messages, email addresses and other identifying details first. Describe the issue without forwarding another person's conversation.

Use announcements responsibly

Do not assume that a notice circulated in a group is an official announcement. Check the source and ask for clarification when information conflicts. Avoid repeating claims about other members or an event that you cannot verify.

Browse the journal for published updates and contact the team for questions. For a first visit, the getting-started guide explains the basics without relying on this historical launch message.
